A typical military-use bulk freighter, the Cardassian military freighter is an older vessel that has been in use into modern times, though its' age is showing. Poorly armed and armored and equipped with a substandard shielding system, the Cardassian military freighter is barely able to fend off raiders--such as the Maquis--let alone combat anything of any importance. A single enemy craft from any of the major powers would have no problem destroying this type of freighter in a single pass.

I think I saw this freighter, but am unsure. Reading from the entry in the Encyclopedia and on webpages I gather that it sucked pretty bad. I gave it some weapons and a different shield system. It is still easily destroyed by a B'rel Bird of Prey.
